We went to Aarhus. We competed. And the boys U17 came home with a win that matters — the first tournament win in Talata Basketball's history.
70-57. It wasn't close in the end. The team played together, defended hard, and made the most of their opportunities on the court. For a young club that's only been building for a couple of years, it's a result we'll remember.
The girls squad was there too
It wasn't just the boys. Our girls squad made the trip as well, competing alongside our partners at Stevnsgade Basketball. Two teams, one trip, both on the court at the same festival.
That's what Talata looks like right now. Boys and girls, different ages and levels, same environment and same work ethic. The girls program is growing and Aarhus was a real step for them.
Copenhagen basketball is growing
Talata trains every day of the week. Boys, girls, different levels. Svanemøllehallen is our home court and we're there consistently — building something that's real and that kids actually want to be part of.
If you have a player who wants to be part of what we're building, the first session is always free. No commitment. Come see what it looks like.
First session is free.
Every Thursday at 16:00 at Svanemøllehallen. Register so we know you're coming.
